• Candidates (talent network form): name, phone, email, city, availability, preferred type of work and location, work experience, and how you heard about us.
• Businesses (enquiry form): company, contact name, email, phone, and details of your campaign or project.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the website, such as security checks against spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To contact candidates about work opportunities that match their profile, now or in the future.
• To respond to businesses and plan the team they need.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

With a candidate's involvement, we may share relevant profile details with a client when proposing them for a campaign. We use the service providers listed below to run this website and handle form submissions; they process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosts this website, runs the function that receives form submissions, and provides security and bot protection (including the Turnstile check on our forms). It processes the information you submit and basic technical data such as your IP address while handling your request.
• Resend: email delivery. It processes the content of each form submission in order to deliver it to our inbox.
• Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets): we save each submission as a row in a spreadsheet in our own Google account, so it is stored there with the details you entered.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp and Meta's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or similar tools on this website. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example for bot protection; these keep the site and forms safe and do not require consent. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate applications for 24 months after your last application or interaction with us, unless the law or a legitimate business need requires us to keep them longer. We keep client enquiries for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Crescent International, Inc. may adjust these retention periods as its needs change, and this page will be updated if it does.

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry or about work opportunities by email, phone or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
